What is Lewisburg Flavor?
It’s an 11-day food and wine festival happening February 26 through March 8, 2026, where downtown Lewisburg turns into a celebration of prix-fixe menus, wine tastings, workshops, and special dishes from your favorite local spots.
And honestly… this feels like Lewisburg doing what Lewisburg does best.

February 26 – March 8, 2026
This inaugural Lewisburg Flavor festival brings together some of the top restaurants and chefs in town for a week-plus of exclusive menus, curated tastings, and hands-on events.
It’s not just one weekend. It’s 11 full days to plan a date night, grab friends, bring your kids to a workshop, or finally try that place you’ve been meaning to visit.
Restaurant Week Menus + Festival Selections
Rather than one big event in one location, Lewisburg Flavor spreads out across downtown. Participating restaurants are offering prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus, chef-driven specials, and creative food and drink features designed specifically for the festival.
This year’s participating locations include:
- Amy’s Market
- Old Red Mill Taphouse Grille
- The Asylum
- Corn + Flour
- General Lewis Inn
- Hill & Holler
- The Hub
- Stardust Cafe
- The Wild Bean
- The Humble Tomato
- Briergarten
That lineup alone tells you something about the range of flavors in Lewisburg… from comfort food and casual brunch to globally inspired dishes and elevated dinner experiences.
Menus vary by restaurant, and some offer optional wine pairings or featured cocktails tied into the festival.
Instead of us trying to summarize each one, we recommend heading straight to the official Lewisburg Flavor page to see the full details, pricing, and reservation information. That’s where you’ll find the most up-to-date menus and event specifics.
Because honestly… part of the fun is planning your own route.

Why We Love Events Like This
We talk a lot about “Living in Lewisburg.”
This is it.
An 11-day celebration of local restaurants.
Workshops taught by people who live here.
Wine tastings in historic spaces.
Friends running into friends on the sidewalk.
You could plan one dinner out. Or three.
You could make it a date night series.
You could bring out-of-town guests and show them what this town really offers.
Small town. Serious food scene. Strong community.
If you’re already local, we’ll probably see you out there.
And if you’re visiting because you’re thinking about making Lewisburg home… this is a pretty good glimpse of the lifestyle.
See you downtown.
